MOH NES Service Performance - UPDATE
We wish to update you on the performance issue which was communicated earlier today to do with the Ministry of Health NES Services.
This issue with the Ministry of Health NES Service may have resulted in some practices experiencing slowness in Medtech32 when placing a patient onto the palette.
The Ministry of Health has advised us that they have identified the cause and have applied fixes which has considerably reduced the performance issue.
The Ministry of Health are actively monitoring and will provide further updates when the issue has been completely resolved.

Please Note: This support service is also available on weekends, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, it is not available on public holidays.
For upgrade issues and when a site is down, no charges will apply, though all other after hours support will incur a charge of $75.00 + GST per fifteen (15) minutes.
