As part of an ongoing drive to improve services, beginning January 2016 Medtech invoices and statements will be distributed via email.
The key driver behind this decision is our support of environmental awareness and the “Go Green” initiative to reduce carbon footprints. The result will also be more streamlined and simplified communication channels.
If this affects your practice you should have received an email earlier this week advising you of the change and what is required to facilitate this streamlining of communications. The key request was to confirm the correct email address to be used for future account related communications. If you would like invoices and statements to be sent to a specific email address or individual, please take a moment to advise us of the correct contact name and email address. Alternatively if you would like to continue receiving paper invoices this will remain an option, however it will incur an administrative charge.
