Insight – NEW Medtech Customer Portal

This month RX is rolling out our secure customer portal, Insight to give you a self-service option for your queries as well as greater access and visibility to your Cases with RX’s Software and Support Teams.

Insight will be launched from within RX or click here and the key features are as follows:

  • Knowledge Base

From our handy search function on your Insight Screen or in the Knowledge Base section, you can type in your query and a list of the closest “how to” articles will show up on the screen.

If you can’t find what you are looking for or it is still not clear from what you have read, the Support Team is still here to help.

  • Help Desk

Through the Help desk you can log Cases and track their progress.  You can see in real-time any work RX is doing on the Case and add any updates or queries you have on what is going on.

  • My Profile

In the My Profile area you can manage your account settings and update your details.  There is an option for increased security settings for your account as well.

How do I get started?

You will receive an email from Insight inviting you to sign up.  Just click on the link and you will start your Insight journey!

Note: you will not receive this email until early December.
