Medical information from the patient’s practice is electronically updated to the patient’s ManageMyHealth account, for example lab results, medications, allergies, diagnosis, recalls and appointments etc. Your doctor determines what level of information will be made available to you.
Following registration, information and communication channels are available between the healthcare provider and the individual.
Practices can also achieve increased healthcare efficiencies and administration savings by using other ManageMyHealth™ functionalities such as online appointments, secure messaging (SMS/text) appointment reminders etc.
