InterBase 2009 now tested with Medtech32

We are pleased to advise following testing, that Medtech32 is now fully compatible with InterBase 2009 and we recommend that your practice upgrade to this version.

The benefits of upgrading to InterBase 2009 include:

  • Using a fully supported and current version of the database.
  • Access to significant performance and security improvements.
  • Support for Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7 (when used in conjunction with Medtech32 Version 19).

Medtech strongly recommends software maintenance support is purchased at the same time as InterBase 2009 as this offers free future InterBase license upgrades which can be transferred to Medtech Evolution at no additional cost.

Existing customers who purchased InterBase 2007 with maintenance support are able to upgrade for free to InterBase 2009.
