Medtech regularly receives significant volumes of calls asking “how to” questions.  This is often a result of staff changes or advanced training requirements of the practice.  To address this Medtech encourages its customers to book for advanced training.  We offer a range of training options including customised modules to meet our customers’ needs.  Additionally, web training is also available through specialized modules developed by Medtech.

Current training options available:

For training at Medtech House – there are training modules available for Receptionists, Practice Managers, Administration Staff, Nurses, Allied Health and Doctors.

Customised Advanced Training - either at Medtech House or your practice - which can be designed specifically to meet the individual needs of your staff.

Practice Audit - a Senior Medtech Consultant visits your practice and observes how Medtech software is used.  An extensive report is generated with recommendations on how your practice can maximize the benefits Medtech software offers.
