ManageMyHealth Write Back to MT32

 

Seamless integration between Medtech32 and ManageMyHealth is now possible with the introduction of a new ManageMyHealth Patient Activity module. This module enables emails sent from patients to now arrive inside the Provider inbox in Medtech32.

 

The Provider Inbox screen has been updated to include a new tab for ManageMyHealth, which will show all emails received from, and replies to Patients from ManageMyHealth.

 

On opening a Received Patient Email message the Provider has the ability to view and read the received email message, and click on the Reply link, which will take you directly to ManageMyHealth to complete the Reply to the Patient.
