MyHR SHS Upload – ePIP Reporting

As per Australian Digital Health Agency your practice is eligible for the last two quarters’ Practice Incentives Program eHealth Incentive (ePIP) as long as the combined quota for all 3 quarters are uploaded by 31 January 2017. Medtech has produced a tool to assist your practice in calculating the upload count to ensure that you meet your quota.

Practices participating in the eHealth Practice Incentives Program (ePIP) should download and run the “My Health Record Update – Query Builder Update” to ensure your providers have uploaded enough Shared Health Summary (SHS) to My Health Record (MyHR) in order to meet the required quota (i.e. 0.5% SWPE) at the end of each quarter.

Be sure to run the tool and generate Query Builder reports before each ePIP submission, as the tool calculates the exact number of SHS successfully uploaded to MyHR since the last time it was run.  The amount of time required to run the update is proportional to the number of new SHS uploads since the update was last run.

If your practice has not started uploading, do not panic as it is not too late to catch up since your practice is still eligible for the first 3 quarters as long as the combined quota for all 3 quarters are uploaded by 31 January 2017.
