Data services

Data conversion:

Medtech is able to convert existing data from your practice management system into a medtech32 database, so existing information is able to be preserved. Data conversions are carried out either in a secure environment at Medtech's office or at the client's premises. In the latter case, a fully-trained data conversion engineer is present to ensure data integrity and security.

Data extract/splits/merge services:

Medtech is able to assist with the changing needs of clients and provides data extract, split and merge services. These services are for existing clients who are possibly moving to another practice and wish to take their patient data with them, or for those who are moving. For example, moving data into a multi-purpose centre and merging their entire database with another Medtech clinic.

Data repair services:

Medtech understands the value of clinical data and is able to assist if the clinic encounters data corruptions. We have qualified software engineers who are able to analyze issues, determine repair timeframes and actively resolve these issues to ensure data integrity is preserved.

Consultancy

Medtech has significant expertise in the healthcare environment and understands the challenges faced by health providers. Today the Medtech team provides consultancy services to a wide range of customers in the health sector.
