Data Services

Data Conversion:

Medtech is able to convert your existing data from your existing practice management system into a MedTech32 database, so that clients can preserve their existing information. Conversions are done either in a secure environment at the Medtech office or at the client's premises. In the latter case, a fully-trained data conversions engineer is present to ensure data integrity and security.

Data Extract/Splits/Merge Services:

Medtech is able to assist with the changing needs of their clients and provides data extract, split and merge services. These services are for existing clients who are possibly moving to another practice and wish to take their patient data with them or for those who are moving, for example, into a multipurpose centre and wish to merge their entire database with another Medtech clinic.

Data Repair Services:

Medtech understands the value of your clinic data and is able to assist, should the clinic encounter data corruptions. We have qualified software engineers who are able to analyse the issue, determine repair timeframes and then actively resolve the issues to ensure data integrity is preserved.
