Training

The medtech32 application training package enhances user efficiency and unlocks the product's potential.

Our energetic and professional training team will cater to your needs. Our team is mobile and are able to conduct standard or customised training, either on-site at your practice, or at our training facilities in Auckland. Reference materials are available during training and can be kept for future use.

We offer a comprehensive training curriculum demonstrating a wide-range of services. Our training team has an intrinsic understanding and knowledge of the medical industry which allows your practice to effectively utlise full benefits and features that medtech32 offers.

Data services

Data conversion:

Medtech is able to convert existing data from your practice management system into a medtech32 database, so existing information is able to be preserved. Data conversions are carried out either in a secure environment at Medtech's office or at the client's premises. In the latter case, a fully-trained data conversion engineer is present to ensure data integrity and security.

Data extract/splits/merge services:

Medtech is able to assist with the changing needs of clients and provides data extract, split and merge services. These services are for existing clients who are possibly moving to another practice and wish to take their patient data with them, or for those who are moving. For example, moving data into a multi-purpose centre and merging their entire database with another Medtech clinic.

Data repair services:

Medtech understands the value of clinical data and is able to assist if the clinic encounters data corruptions. We have qualified software engineers who are able to analyse issues, determine repair timeframes and actively resolve these issues to ensure data integrity is preserved.
