CompuDoc is a billing and prescription writing programme for General Practitioners and Specialists. CompuDoc is capable of processing a patient through the practice, from appointment to payment, and the steps in between.

Why CompuDoc?

Save time

CompuDoc is fast. Many of the repetitive steps have been refined to a single mouse click or key stroke - an example is CompuDoc's Speed Bill, a process wherein a patient is billed with a single keystroke

Save money

Yes, time is money. CompuDoc saves money by having a complete tutorial system built into the programme. There is no need to exit the programme or find a CD - it is all right there. CompuDoc's SQL database is neither an expensive option nor throttled back to fit under a 2GB\5 user limit in the manner of some systems. CompuDoc's license is also aimed at allowing more users to operate CompuDoc than other systems.

Concentrate on the parts of your practice that matter

CompuDoc's methods have been resolved to as few keystrokes as possible - reducing the time needed to process the tasks at hand, which allows staff to address the other tasks that matter. New staff are brought up to speed much faster due to less complex methods and the fact that training is available instantly. Users can switch from your production database to a fully populated demonstration database in a matter of seconds, allowing the novice user to run through the steps necessary for the task at hand, without the worry of overwriting real data.

CompuDoc 8 uses Client\Server database

Not just techno-babble, SQL architecture is built into the database that CompuDoc 8 uses. This means that CompuDoc will have full Client\Server architecture available for those larger practices with huge databases. The database is not limited in any way; there are no 2GB limits nor user number restrictions.
