Version 6.3.1 Build 2085 (April 2008)

This update should be installed by ALL practices running on MedTech32 Version 6.3.1 Build 2079. This update resolves the issue identified with Inbox Screening not populating to the correct data fields when filing a record.

Version 6.3.1 Build 2079 Update (April 2008)

This update should be installed by ALL practices running on MedTech32 Version 6.2.1 Build 2056 or Build 2057. This update contains fixes for some historical issues that were reported by sites as well as some new issues that have been brought to our attention after the Version 6.2 (first /second phase) releases to all sites.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you use Inbox Screening and have experienced issues with the mapping of your values into the incorrect fields since the release of Version 6.3.1 Build 2079 please contact MedTech Support with your details. MedTech is working on a resolution to the incorrect data you may now have in your database and will be providing a utility to enable you to correct the data.

Version 6.2.1 Medical History Report Update (March 2008)

MedTech32 Version 6.2.1 Build 2056 contained enhancements to the Medical History Report. We have been advised that there is an issue after installation of the Version 6.2.1 Build 2056 update, where by the Medical History Report is unable to be printed if you do not have ‘Print Inbox Records’ ticked. This update will replace the Build 2056 Medical History Report utility and replace it with a new one that does not have the identified issues.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This update will NOT change the installed version of the software from Build 2056 to Build 2057. It will remain as Build 2056 with the Medical History Report utiltiy only having the Build 2057 label.

Version 6.2.1 Build 2056 Update (Mar 2008)

This update should be installed by ALL practices running on MedTech32 Version 6.2.1 Build 2031 or Build 2052. This update is the second phase of Version 6.2 and contains fixes for some historical issues that were reported by sites as well as some new issues that have been brought to our attention after the Version 6.2 phase one release to all sites.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This release of MedTech32 contains the new formatting for the new Medicare PC1 Form. This means that once a site has been upgraded to Version 6.2 Phase 2, the users will no longer be able to print on the OLD PC1 Form, and the NEW PC1 Form must be used instead. Please note that Medicare Australia has ceased supplying the OLD PC1 Forms. If your Practice currently prints PC1 Forms, please ensure you have sufficient stock of the NEW PC1 Form on hand prior to running this update – which can be ordered from Medicare Australia.

Version 6.2.1 Build 2031 Update (Feb 2008)

This update should be installed by ALL practices running on MedTech32 Version 6.1.1 Build 1986 or Build 1999. In an effort to ensure that we are getting fixes out to MedTech32 users faster we have opted to split the Version 6.2 release into two phases. This update is the first phase of Version 6.2 and contains fixes for some historical issues that were reported by sites as well as some new issues that have been brought to your attention after the Version 6.1 releae to all sites.

Version 6.1.1 Build 1986 Update (Jan 2008)

This update should be installed by ALL practices running on MedTech32 Version 6.1.1 Build 1944. This update resolves the issue of occasional loss of Consultation Notes experienced by some sites that have upgraded to Version 6.1.1 Build 1944. The issue has now been resolved by making modifications to the Auto Save time for the Consultation Notes (F12) Screen in MedTech32.

Medicare Australia Online Vaccine Product Mapping Update (Aug 2007)

This update should be installed by all Medicare Australia Online practices running on MedTech32 Version 5.1.3 or Version 6.0.1. With the recent introduction of the new vaccines Rotarix and RotaTeq, the corresponding Medicare ACIR Vaccine Codes for these new vaccines need to be added to MedTech32 in order to enable mapping from within Medtech32.
