ACCOUNT MANAGER – North Island
(Full time, permanent role)
This role is an Account Manager role within the sales team in Medtech NZ Limited and is based in Auckland. It reports to the Chief Operating Officer in Auckland.
The purpose of the role is to manage Medtech’s North Island customer base, carrying out site visits, ascertaining and meeting the needs of customers through problem/issue solving, advising on product upgrades and new Medtech software products.

Technical or Professional Knowledge and Experience
- A minimum of two to four years of demonstrable account management experience is required in either the IT, software development or health care industry.
- Proven ability in communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the principles and processes for managing customer and stakeholder relationships, including marketing and communications. This includes customer needs assessment, market analysis, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Working knowledge of account management systems and databases including customer management software and operating systems.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft suite of products/applications and ERP systems ie Navision is essential.
Candidates with work experience or knowledge of the Medtech 32 product would be well regarded.

MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
(Full time, permanent role)
The role is a Management Accountant role within the finance and administration team in Medtech Global. The purpose of the role is to provide pivotal financial information, analysis and commentary on Medtech Global Group activities to the Executive Management team and Board of Directors.
This position reports to the Group Financial Controller, Medtech Global Head Office in Auckland.
Skills/experience
- Ideally, a CA qualification with a minimum of three years relevant work experience in a similar role.
- You will have demonstrable commercial acumen, strong technical accounting skills, group reporting history and good communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Navision is preferable and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of products is essential.

CLIENT DELIVERY MANAGER
(Full time, permanent role)
The Client Delivery Manager role is a senior management position within the Software team in Medtech NZ Limited. It reports to the Chief Operating Officer, located in Auckland.
The purpose of the role is to carry out management and supervision of multiple software projects, oversee service delivery and manage key client and stakeholder relationships and expectations.
Skills/experience
Candidates with previous health technology or health sector work experience would be well regarded.
Preferred candidates will be able to demonstrate:
- A minimum of 7+ years previous experience in the IT sector, with ideally a tertiary qualification in computer science or information technology.
- Demonstrable experience within a similar role or project management experience of between 2-4 years in a software development environment would be well regarded.
- Proven ability in delivering projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Demonstrable knowledge of project management methodologies and certification in either PMI or Prince2, as well as previous work experience with Microsoft technologies including MS .NET and Delphi.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Demonstrable working knowledge of the principles and processes for managing client and stakeholder relationships. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
